Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes life happens, and plans may change. If you need to cancel your booking, please review the following:
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop:
You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future workshop.
Cancellations made between 3-6 days before the workshop:
You will receive a 50% refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future workshop.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the workshop:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund at this stage. However, we can offer the option to transfer your booking to a future workshop, subject to availability.
In the unlikely event that the workshop is cancelled by us:
You will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future workshop.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your booking. We appreciate your understanding.
